I need help (PS+ Related)

If I cancel and pick up PS+ later will I get all the games I got before I cancelled back again?

EDIT: I know that I have to have an active subscription to use them.

Your "permanent games collection" will be available whenever you are subscribed to Playstation+. Everything else will not be available if you un-sub then re-sub.
