the darker the better. anything above 70%. but above 90% if you've got it

Very few people can eat chocolate above 80%. Once I tried to bring a 98% one to the office, I ended up eating almost three quarters of it.

i had 100% once.
that was horrible... you need something to counter the extreme bitter aftertaste
but 90, or 95 is very good. never tried 98 ;)

My favorite is the "Turo Rudi".
It's not an usual chocolate bar, rather a kind of sweetness.
It's a sweet cottage cheese rod, dipped in milk chocolate.
Sometimes the cottage cheese rod filled with several types of fruit jelly.

I just like trying new things, new kinds of chocolate which I haven't tried.
But if I have to choose one type... Belgian chocolate.

I personally like very dark chocolates, so that's probably why I don't like the white kind. Gives me the impression of eating chocolate without the cocoa. It kinda tastes like a block of sweet grease if you're used to extra dark low sugar chocolate. :x
