[Doomsday quiz] It's the end of the world as we know it...

Missing Q2 and Q7, the rest were pretty easy.

The (kind of) scientific theories were interesting to google, but I'm just missing #2. :(

And I feel fine. (First thing that popped into my head when I read thread title)

I did a little comic about this kinda thing a while back. Sadly, the world IS going to end, but we have a few years before that happens... 500million - 1.5 billion years the sun will be too hot to support life on earth, in about 5billion the sun will go red giant and consume the earth, and around the same time the milky way and andromeda galaxies will slam together and possibly toss the solar system out into deep space, and none of this is really accounting for mass extinction events which occur something like every 25 million years or so nor the possibility of asteroids. so... we're kinda lucky we're even alive at all! XD sigh, I just depressed myself now...

Being a cynical always-seeing-the-bad-side-of-things kind of guy, I have to say- sure, the world WILL end soon. But here's a positive thought- when it ends, it ends. It won't really bother anyone because there won't be anyone left. So there is no real reason to worry about it. :D

Puzzles are never hard. The hardest part is trying to figure out how the fuck the author worded the answer. :|

I'm missing 2,5 & 7. I'll just have to research a little more to get them. I thought I knew 7 but I wasn't correct.

Q7 is impossible ._. . I tried like every theory name that would fit here, and nothing's correct :/ .

I honestly don't understand the last question. The answer is trivial, but no matter what form put it in, it just doesn't accept it. Any tips on the format? I think I tried everything there.

I can't really get what you are asking about in Q7. I kinda think I know but how does that relate a doomsday scenario and what is the question really? And so many people apparently got it >.> Ah well in the morning I'm going to the woods with my dad to collect some 'shrooms, maybe that'll help. Tho' may be too late to answer when I come back as the quiz may end. Ah well. I tried xD AT any rate, thanks for the awesome quiz even though looks like I'll miss out on the reward.
