If you paid money for games that were given free then that's your fault, the system can't tell if you did or did not, so anything given free will not get you CV, that simple.
Also you weren't trying to farm with that one game?
This is also not a bug/suggestion so wrong category, and you really didn't need to open "yet another thread" about this in the first place.
