no you cannot. trading in SG discussion is against the rules - trading is allowed in Trades section only, but sad fact - noone will probably trade with no-rep rulebreaker, sorry :/. you should really read FAQ as not only you broke 2 different rules but also you're asking if breaking another rule is ok.

"asking" is not fine as well as it';s only a way to hide actual action. "I was not begging for this game, I was just asking if anyone can give it to me" for example. In case of trading "asking" is same as "I Want" section of Trades, so again - asking oin SG is not ok.
And about which rule you broke I'm glad you asked - because otherwise I'd be calling out but now I'm just qanswering, so:
You broke "Must Activate All Wins" rule, because you didn't activate Grass Simulator you've won on January 28, 2015, 8:21am, you broke Multiwin rule 3 times, by winning multiple times: PAYDAY 2: A Merry Payday Christmas on June 12, 2015, 4:31am and October 24, 2015, 6:23am, Rise of Flight: Legendary Bombers 2 times on July 12, 2015, 10:17am and September 17, 2015, 10:05am and Heaven Island - VR MMO 2 times on December 25, 2015, 10:08am and December 26, 2015, 8:12pm.
So all in all you broke 2 different rules 4 times in total.

Hold your horses zelghadis this is getting ridiculous... Grass Simulator was never marked not received. d3m4n just assumed so when he noticed that it was gone from OPs not activated list but apparently OP had already restored the licence at that point.

Then someone pointed out you missusing GA feedback to hide this fact. Not at all but there are lots of people selling or regifting the games they win here so people are tense and get upset when it comes to breaking the rules. So if you're going to use the forums more often better get used to people adressing your infractions every now and then.
Edit: By the way you should be able to restore Grass Simulator to your account even if you deleted it from your account. Not exactly sure how though.

Games that were once free or exploited are removed from the giveaway list of the game. But since the list is now an auto-suggest instead of a dropdown, it makes me waste time scrolling the list of games to find that the game is not in the list...
A list of un-creatable games would be helpful.
UPDATE: Another better suggestion in the comments, is to show ALL games in the list, but grey-out the un-creatable ones and add a tooltip that explain why it cannot be created.
