PaySafeCard, Steam Vouchers or pre-paid credit cards. You don't need a actual credit card to buy stuff on Steam, just cold hard cash.

u dont need a visa. u can also buy stuff on steam with paysafecard, depends where u live, just like going to the store
then u receive a code, add the code on steam wallet, and buy games.
