I thought both EU and NA has the same key database i.e. they both give keys from the same place?

Thief is going to be launched on the 25th so I think that while you are able to download it, it will only be playable starting on the 25th of this month!

The keys from AMD are global, even though the giveaway for 1,000 Silver Keys took place on the NA Alienware site. Also obligatory anger at you for getting to a key before I could =p.

Activated yesterday, now i'm waiting 28 february :D

In my past experience, Alienware generally has ROW keys. The region they point to generally just indicates the time of the giveaway. Or sometimes on other non-Steam stuff, they have the keys split into different pools per region.
I can't say for sure on this one, too lazy to set up enough VPNs and auto-refreshers to get a key.
