Question regarding Steam key.

I just won a Steam key for Hamilton's Great Adventure at an auction on Listia.
The seller has high feedback so I'm pretty sure that the key will work.

But I don't really need the game so I was thinking to make a giveaway with it.
The problem is that I don't really know whether the key is from a bundle or not.
Would there be any problem if I would create a giveaway?

L.E.: Just managed to get in touch with the seller and he confirmed that the key is from IGN Prime.

Like I said, I don't really need the game. I bought it because I wanted to make a giveaway with it, but I just found out after I won it that the game was part of a bundle.
