Just my 2 cents, but for a similar build and price you could get an Alienware R7: Build Example
Not saying you should go this way, but that's an option too. Plus they are having a +150 discount on that build price if you use the site's coupon code.

"Radeon RX 580X would be better than the GTX 1080 Ti"
What a load of BS. Either that guy was incredibly misinformed, or he just really hates NVIDIA. Either way, as someone who used to work in computer repair, the fact that someone who is supposedly a 'professional' would mislead a customer/client so blatantly like that kind of pisses me off.
As a side note; Rumor has it the next generation of NVIDIA video cards to be released within about 3 months, so you might want to wait.

They will surely release mobile GPU, Lenovo already made press release about laptops with GTX 1160. But some sources say that GPUs will drop as much as 20% next month (due to huge stockpile of cards that weren't bough by miners) so it's worth to wait either way, and check if performance boost and extra features are worth paying more.

Anyone who says an RX 580 is better than a GTX 1080ti is a complete moron, so... If a pro told you this, stay the hell away from him in the future for anything. The RX 580 is basically on par with the GTX 1060, and which is superior depends on the title and API (DX11, DX12, Vulkan) used on the game.

PC Gamer does pretty decent guides at various price-points. Your build is pretty in line with their high end gaming guide: https://www.pcgamer.com/pc-build-guide-high-end-gaming-pc/

your pc wont see a game which will use it for like 5 years. Brand new aaa games still fine with gtx 970 lol, a gtx 1060 still enough for years. that pc totally overkill pointlessly, but if you that rich.., but dont expect games will use it out, even not on ultra.

You didn't mention what monitor you have. For 1080p, 1080Ti is an overkill. For 4K, it's the best option.
32GB RAM looks a little excessive to me for gaming. RAM is pretty expensive these days, and I'd say it would make more sense (financially) to stick to 16GB and upgrade later (prices are expected to drop over the next year). Also, you haven't specified RAM speed, and that can have an effect on game performance, although that varies with the game. (See this for example.)
300Mbps WiFi? Isn't that a little last decade?

I have both cards, in different builds of course. Gameplay in Fallout 4 with 280 mods and there is absolutely no difference I can see between
a PowerColor RX580X Red Devil Golden Sample and the MSI GTX 1080Ti Gaming X. Yes the GTX is faster, but not in humanly perceivable ways.

If you're looking for a website that lets you customize your parts and then builds the machine for you, check out CyberPower. I've used them three times and been happy each time.

Hey
After years of playing on a laptop, i can finally get myself a new desktop gaming computer.. but i don't really know that much about gaming builds and need some advice :)
I'm looking for a computer that would run pretty much anything at max settings now and for the next few years..
After some time looking i've arrived at this :
Price for this build + Windows 10 64 Bit would be 2332 € (~$2718)
How do you feel about this ? is this worth the price ? Am i missing anything ? Should i change some components ?
Also, i asked a professional guy who builds/repair PCs etc and he told me that a Radeon RX 580X would be better than the GTX 1080 Ti, but i'm having some doubts as everthing single comparison i've seen seems to say that the 1080 Ti is way better than the Radeon... thoughts on this ? should i trust him ?
Thanks for your help :)
Also, I lied.
