What are you planning on majoring in? Some schools are better for engineering vs liberal arts for example.

I'm happy for you that cost isn't a real factor I really hope you have a very wealthy relative footing the bill
Apply to yale, harvard, upenn, texas (austin), Michigan (Ann Arbor), UVA, Brown, Brandeis, UCLA, MIT, Cornell, Columbia, NYU, etc

Talk to your school's guidance counselor and the admissions officers of schools you are interested in.
You're not going to find much help here beyond limited anecdotal opinion.

Hey, it has been quite some time since I posted to SteamGifts. Regardless, I have a question for my people. I am nearing graduation in high school (class of 2018) and I am looking for some colleges in America that have a good education and semi-high acceptance rates (about 40-60 percent accepted, give or take). I am applying to colleges like Princeton and Stanford, and I have decent odds at getting in. However, I want some backup-plan schools in case that does not work. Cost is not a huge factor, but expensive schools aren't as attractive to me. I plan on applying to Penn State University as well.
TL;DR : No giveaway, just helping the helpless.
