2 quick questions about Dishonored (game+key)

Sup guys.

I saw a friend of mine playing this game for 10 and I really liked it..

Now I want to buy it!

the 2 questions are:

Currenttly is 14 bucks @ gamefly.co.uk, you guys think that will go cheaper soon?
Gamefly won't let me purchase the game (I think it's a UK-only offer): is the game regin locked?I mean, the key they will give me will be region free or uk only?

1) Don't think so.
2) Pretty sure it is region free. (not 100% though.)

Region Restrictions.

As the above shows, there's a couple different versions for different regions. I'm going to assume you're American given the use of 'bucks' which means it should work fine yes.

I'd offer to help purchasing it from Gamefly, but it's 10 am here in the UK and I'm about to head to sleep. I'd definitely grab it at that price though. I was lucky enough to get it from the Bethesda NYC, from GamersGate. I've not played it that much yet, but I've loved every minute of what I have played!
