EA games on steam without steam features poll
I like it when it has cards or better achievements, but when not, it's okay as well, because I have the game there. :)

unlike hentai puzzle trash real games don't need to rely on trading cards and achievements for their value.
but at the same time it wouldn't hurt.
then again it's EA. what did you expect...

I was a little bit excited at the beginning when EA came back to Steam but realised that all of their "new" releases need Origin,so I was like nahh.
If they add(ed) achievements then MAYBE.....buuut then again, pretty much all of them use Denuvo (which I avoid like a plague) and seem more expensive to buy on Steam rather than Origin.....

I'd prefer cards and achievements but that hasn't stopped me from (re)buying games I already owned elsewhere on steam. Buuuut it'd definitely entice me to buy them faster. I'm a sucker for cards and cheevos.
Maybe if I support/buy Dead Space/Dragon Age/Insert Game here a bunch more times there'll be more to come in the future. Let a girl dream.

Frankly, I couldn't care less, I don't get this mass obsession with achievements at all.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/378860/Project_CARS_2/ has cards, no mention on store page.

I recently played Nehrim (Oblivion TC) and right now I'm playing Enderal (Skyrim TC) and both have achievements. They are free and people bothered to add Steam achievements to them. EA did add trading cards to Dragon Age, but not achievements... tells you all you need to know.

Achievements is a good feature and sadly EA didn't insert them on some games, but the catalog of games is great and i got some of the studio in this sale. (cards is now avaliable in some games too)

I collect and play games only if I am interested in the content of the game, I don't care if it has achievements or anything else.

Even though achievements arent neccessary for a game imo. It still is a nice feature to add, especially since the original versions had them too. Steam cards are nice too While most "newly" rereleased games have teading cards, it is obvious EA didnt care that much. Sone backgrounds lack imagination and are very simple. Some trading cards are wrongly named and with the example of NFS Most Wanted they even included art that doesnt even belong from that game : https://www.steamcardexchange.net/index.php?gamepage-appid-1262560
The Porsche Carrera GT card is from a much older PSP version which is different from the Most Wanted those cards are meant for.
However I still appreciate the sole possibility to buy those newer EA games on Steam

For me, an achievement hunter, it's nice when a game doesn't have achievements. When a game has them, I need to play the game as practically as I can with a guide so I don't miss any achievements that make me have to redo the entire game (fuck auto save) or level if I miss them. And I don't want to play a game all over again just to collect shit that I miss. It's relieving to play games where I don't need to worry about that.

We all know EA games are now on steam and they have no steam features mainly achievements. I am personally holding out on buying any of them for that one single reason. How lazy are they? I was just wondering how many of you are like me. Hence the poll.
