Chrono Trigger is one of the best old school RPGs of all time. There's a lot of Final Fantasy games that are awesome.

Nice idea but why not give additional info about parts of FF? VII is old but great (as people says), X much newer and very cool also, about XV you must already knew.
NieR Automata will get Yorha edition soon so better take pause first before relise.
Deus Ex have 1 and HR as best but first have some different options for play. I mean where are is Revision version that is upgraded very much in compared with original one, it also have better graphic and Much bigger locations (developed by original developers and free to download in steam if u get original game if I'm not mistake).
P.S.: Vampire is quest like as I remember but old parts like Bloodlines or Legacy of Kain are cool and different. Fallout 1, 2 are for amateurs.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance, an RPG set in medieval Bohemia. (currently discounted on Humbe Store)

I'd also recommend:
Mount and Blade series. Warband in particular) all 3 games for less than 4e on GMG
Jade Empire

Consider picking up a System Shock series - one of the best games I've ever played, though I played it (the first game) almost 20 years later since it has been released.
I'd also suggest you to try out Deus Ex series. I haven't played it yet, but I'm looking forward to :)
And KotOR.

Haven't had any issues with KotOR on Windows 8.1 few years ago, dunno about Windows 10. As for Deus Ex series, it is currently on sale for quite cheap, so it's probably worth it to buy whole collection :)

Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magic Obscura
The Temple of Elemental Evil
Krai Mira
UnderRail
Seven: The Days Long Gone
Atom RPG
Drakensang
Ember
Serpent in the Staglands
Masquerada: Songs and Shadows
This should cover most of the ones people tend to think too late of.
Late edit: Forgot to add Age of Decadence, damn.

Ember is fun, but it has a "sleep anywhere" mechanic including right next to mobs which is convenient I guess but also removes some of the challenge. Realtime with pause combat and active spell/ability usage during combat.

Wasteland 2
Planescape Torment
Torment: Tides of Numenera
Tyranny
Dungeon Rats
Age of Decadence
Titan Quest
Arcanum
Balrum
Victor Vran
Neo Scavenger
Inquisitor
Underrail
Lords of Xulima

Since Diablo is on your list I would recommend Titan Quest, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing and Sacred 1 & 2 (don't bother getting Sacred 3 - that one was a lazy and soulless cashgrab and sealed the fate of the series :( )

Sakura Dungeon + Patch ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Skyrim
Idea Factory games (Neptunia series, Fairy Fencer)
Tales series
Final Fantasy series
You have played Shadow of Mordor, so obviously I recommend Shadow of War
And since you don't write PC games only, maybe you have Playstation, try Persona series

It's really decent dungeon crawler with nice story. Sure, it's also full of nude girls, only female characters there (even monsters!), but.. are those true flaws? Puzzles, hidden chambers, monsters to catch, many skills - game is not so shallow as it seems at first sight!

Thank you guys for your recomendations. Also quick note.
I wasn't sure if Darksiders could be puted as RPG, but i played it. Most of games you also recomended are on my wishlist or on my account allready.
The games what got my attention.
Venetica.
Mars: War Logs.
Technomancer.
Grim Dawn.
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.
Divinity series.

Technomancer is prequel to Mars: War Logs - if storyline chronology matters to you.

A bit late to the party, but the following 3 were not mentioned above:
Nioh
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Warframe that is Free To Play, if you ignore the DLCs

As for some more action oriented games with RPG Elements: How about Borderlands 2, Deus Ex (Human Revolution in particular), Dishonored or System Shock 2. I have also enjoyed the Trails in the Sky / Trails of Cold Steam games a lot.

This will turn into such a nice thread. Meanwhile, I'll make my contribution.
Ok, so for PC I'd recommend the first Deus Ex (although it's an oldie and you may find some compatibility issues), Dishonored 1 and 2, Dark Souls 1 to 3, Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (just for Rexxar's campaign, since it's like an RPG spin off), The Witcher 2 if you are into more linear RPGs, Torchlight since you are into Diablo games, and that's it.
Now, if you're willing to emulate some oldies from other consoles, you have the Pokemon games (from GB to 3DS), Golden Sun from 1 to 3 (GBA and NDS), and some Digimon games. Now, if you're confortable with emulating stuff or you have a Ps2, you should also try some Shin Megami Tensei games, like Persona 3 or 4. Devil Summoner 2 is also outstanding, it's seriously good.
And finally, this one deserves a special mention, since it's my favorite game ever: Final Fantasy VI. I can't put a number to the uncountable hours I played this game as a kid in ZSNES with my Pentium 1, always restarting it because I would get stuck. Well, I played it again a few years ago and finally finished it. It's such an awesome game, you get like 14 characters, all with different techniques to use however you want. It's full of secrets to explore, and the bosses are so funny. Also, the soundtrack was amazing. You should definitely give it a try if you like RPGs. Oh, and it's on steam too.
