Uncooperative winner

Hi guys

So I put up Bastion a couple of weeks ago and sent the key through to the winner after the giveaway ended.

The problem is that he still hasn't marked the gift as received. I've contacted him to ask that he please mark it as received but he says "the site won't let me log in anymore" (that's his chat msg), and he is logging in through steam.
I have him on my steam friends list so I can see that he actually has the game and played it.

So I'm not sure exactly what the process here is. I guess I can just report him but is there any reason why he can't log in? (Can you get banned from this site?)

Yes you can be banned from this site, report it to support via a ticket. One of the mods might be able to help you out. They can take a while to get back to you though.

So you just decided to take action after it being up for 1 month? Now wait for another month till support answers you.

Thanks, I sent a support ticket.

And I didn't wait for a month, I just haven't been on here since I gifted that game.
