Recruiting more mods will not help here, as only Super Mods(+) can solve those issues. And this is about tickets that were somehow missed along the way. I re-check the queue, but even then I randomly found tickets that were forwarded, but not listed in actual queue by mistake.
Now, as cg changed how adding support members work we should be able to recruit more people. But it's not something to do instead of trying to find lost tickets. Those are two separate issues.

This is the thread I was waiting for.
Nearly 5 years ago I won the same game within hours, activated the first win and commented in the second (multi-copy GA) to re-roll. Only saw later that there was no one to re-roll. If I recall correctly, at that time only cg could remove winners from a multi-copy GA, so I never bothered to do anything further. As I am no longer a member of the group an neither remember the group nor the GAs creator, it is difficult to resolve the issue.

It was creator's responsibility to create the ticket, which they did not. And now they are offline for 7 months.
You did ask for re-roll, like it was required. So I will go ahead and remove you from this giveaway. You kept it in "awaiting status", so it will change nothing from the creator's perspective. Normally winner would be told to mark such giveaway as not received after couple of weeks and not use the key. So that creator can always make the ticket to get rid of this feedback later, if they wish so. You are saint to keep it open for 5 years :P
I will also write a message in the giveaway, to explain what was done. If creator decides to come back on SG at some point.

I was just reminded about 3 year old ticket "that was forwarded to Super Moderator" but never actually solved. So it's still relevant. New Junior Mods do a good job in browsing thought Other category, but they will not check 3 y/o ticket with "Required Response" status that waits for action.
So if anyone needs to have winner removed from multi-copy giveaway, or hanging "your game was revoked" message and it was forwarded but not solved - post message here.

We had pretty long queue when it comes to those tickets. They can happen when multi-copy giveaway is created and:
In those cases creators were getting information ticket needs to be forwarded to the Super Moderator(+), but as queue is long it may take weeks before ticket is resolved.
After cg promoted last batch of SM(+) we sat down and closed those tickets. Although there are still tickets that were forwarded, but fall through the cracks and creators still wait for them to be resolved.
That's why I will create this thread.
If you have ticket that was forwarded, but never solved - reply in this discussion, so I can look into it. Best would be to link to the ticket itself. Only support members and creator of the ticket can see the content when having the direct link, so it's save to share direct link to your own ticket. This thread is not meant to speed up general deletion tickets. Only those manual winners removals that are long overdue. Or when request to adjust feedback was added to the queue.
It is also not meant to speed up solving any other ticket category.
