So, as a gifter, you may prefer to send a game as a gift, to be sure that it won't be traded to somebody else, but rather played directly by the person you gave it to. This may give the gifter some, well, let's call it "satisfaction".
On the other hand, as the winner, you will now probably prefer to get the game through the trade (if only because of this strange loophole in Steam rules). This may prevent you from having your account suspended, which is a serious deal.
As I understand it, the method officially recommended by SteamGifts at the moment is still sending the gift as a real gift, to the winner's e-mail. Is this, under these circumstances, still the "best" option? What do you think?

Well, I was REALLY happy when I saw that I won my first giveaway. The game was LIMBO...
But now, I'm really angry!
