No, you don't have to buy the season pass if you bought the Complete Edition. And don't listen to the whole "buy redux" since LL redux is not really worth it. Only 2033 Redux seems to be actually worth buying, otherwise I'd suggest getting the cheaper Complete Edition.

EDIT: I just realized that you might be asking whether the season pass is worth buying. Well, can't really help with that since I haven't played it but afaik Chronicles Pack gives ya 3 missions, same as Faction Pack while the Developer Pack is just some filler.

with metro last last complete you havent to buy season pass because if you look accuratly is it included in the bundle, but i suggest you to buy on steamtrade the metro last light redux version which is an enhanced version of metro last light and better optimized which include as well all expansion of metro last light with new gameplaymode

i've recently bought metro redux bundle for 7.5key and im waiting the 29 august for play them !!!
