Why is Skyrim so expensive/ never on sale/ not in bundle?!?!???!

It is such expensive game don't have money friend on steam wants to get but dlc is too much money

Also why is skyrim not in bundle? I mean, is so popular, why does humble not make it part of weekly bundle ever?
