bummer :/ thanks though, I left 'em with a note in case somebody wants it on the cheap as a present for kids.

Depends. Some are reatil copies so unless you are in Poland, it is a no go. The only major publisher that I can remember doing pl only keys would be Bethesda. WB are generally Row keys; same thing with Paradox though I know they generated Latam keys for skylines. When in doubt, check steamdb.

Yes, I would advise against buying the boxed version of the game.

How do I know which version is sold at various stores? Or if there's let's say a poland only version, how do I know if a polish store sells ROW or the PL only version? (I meant to ask this for such a long time, I literally don't know what should I look at steamdb :D )

Sorry for the late reply, been busy :/.
Or if there's let's say a Poland only version, how do I know if a polish store sells ROW or the PL only version?
You basically have to guess tbh. You would have to look up the game that you are interested in and search through the various packages that it has. A package is any steam key or gift that, once redeemed, will grant the game in question. For games that only generate RoW keys, you will see about 2-3 packages: One for the steam store, one for steam keys and one for beta testing. Steamdb will always tell you if the package in question is one from the Steam store or a Steam key under the "Billing Type" column.
When you see more than that, it can either mean that it is a part of a collection or it has region locked versions. Under each sub, there will be a tab denoted as "Information" (which is usually the default tab when checking) that will list the region restrictions that the key has. When it comes to region locks, there are two types of locks: Activation and Run. An Activation lock can take two forms: It can lock out countries or it can lock in. They both achieve similar results, but the distinction is important and they will be marked as "This package is only purchasable" or "This package can NOT be purchased in" on steamdb depending on the restriction. Locking in is the most common; this is where only certain countries within a region can use the key. This is the type of keys you tend to find with your basic regions: Latam, RU+CIS, and SEA. Locking out is not new, but is becoming more popular. These are the type of locks you tend to see when a publisher has decided to split up RoW regions; rather than make a whole new region, they just prevent select countries from activating the game. This is what you find with Deep Silver, Activsion and now 2K.
When trying to figure out if someone from X can use the key, you must determine the type of activation lock first. If it is locked in or "This package is only purchasable in" as marked on steamdb then you want the person who uses the key to be from the list of countries provided. If it is locked out or "This package can NOT be purchased in" as marked on steamdb then you don't want the person from the list countries provided. When trying to figure out the type of key the store provides, one must consider both the source and the location of the buyer for the store will always assume the key is for personal use and provide a copy as such. That means that a game has keys which involve a country in some version of a lock, then it will provide one that is most relevant to the situation.
In the case of 2K, it splits Row into 2. One that is true RoW and another that is more like EMEA. In the second key, it prevents NA from activating it but not Europe. Europe is allowed to activate both the full RoW and the EMEA key. Therefore, if someone from EU buys a 2K key from a store, they are going to get the EMEA key since they are not prevented from activating it, while giving NA the full RoW keys since they are. The store will give the most inconvenient key to someone who will not be inconvenienced by the restrictions.
With the current sale, one much check to see if the game has any restrictions that directly involve Poland, and if so assume that it will provide the relevant keys.
The second type of lock, Run locks, merely prevent someone who has activated a key/steam gift which does not belong to their region from playing it. However, these do expire after 3 months. So if someone does decide to use a VPN, they typically are prevented from playing it for a couple of months. Not all Activation locked games come with a Run lock, but all Run locked games come with an Activation lock.
P.S. Sorry for the wall of text D:

All steam keys should be ok, picked it up myself in Australia and it's fine

It worked for me (Argentina), navigating the site got a bit hard in a few places tho (chrome does a good work translating but it's not that good at making the text fit the buttons).
A little detail, I had to do a few tries untill it finally accepted my phone number, apparently it doesn't likes cellphone numbers, only house lines.
Comment has been collapsed.
Seems 9 digits is the magic number to fit, regional norm I suppose
Comment has been collapsed.
It was 10 for me: XXX-4xx-xxxx, while cellphone numbers are either XXX-15-4xx-xxxx (from house lines) or 9XXX-4xx-xxxx(from other cells).
I guess it knew that argentinian phone numbers have 10 digits but not that cellphone numbers are longer.

Thank you very much for showing us this site. Was able to snatch a few interesting things :)
@All: Just always check the mentioned DRM. As they have their own platform with GOG, some keys are NOT (!) Steam keys but GOG keys. Me personally, I use GOG, but some of you don't want to use it, so...

Im done buying mount and blade warband, plus napoleon dlc. how i get the game? they will send key to my email or? it is steam drm right?
Edit : nevermind, found the button lol. This deal is pretty wow. I live in SEA, so usually the website price are not better than steam price, but this time, Poland got me

Thanks for the find. I missed the previous 3 for $9 for batman games in bundlestar a few months ago and regretted it. But with this deal, I managed to grab Batman: Arkham City GOTY, Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY, Batman: Arkham Origins, and Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition for a 4 for $8.14 making it better than the bundlestar deal that I missed.. Thanks very much.

Batman is only worth $2? Can I get a side of Robin for an extra $1? Is today 2 Batmans for $3?

These are polish zloty ... 1 Polish zloty = 0.23 $

Nope, as for as I know there aren't any polish-only versions around there ... but in case, anyone can answer this who bought something there?

the reason i say that it seems it polish language only is because at the bottom where it says what you will receive, it only says polish. https://cdp.pl/gothic-2-zlota-edycja.html
some info on if its in english would be appreciated. thanks.

I saw Cities Skylines has Polish subtitles. I don't know if that means the whole game is also in Polish and no English (I doubt it...)

Shouldn't be. Don't know for certain. But GOG is promoting DRM-free, zero-restriction games. Would be dumb if it had a restriction.
Just snooped about on G2A and there are three versions of Witcher 3 GOG keys:
Global
RU/CIS
LATAM (Latin America)
RU/CIS does not apply to Poland at all. If you go to G2A and find the GOG RU/CIS key for Witcher 3, it will tell you which countries it can be activated in, and Poland is definitely not one of them. So using common sense, the one bought from this website SHOULD NOT be region restricted to Poland.
EDIT: Don't quote me on this tho lol
EDIT2: Witcher 3 seems to be 25$ on that website for the GOG copy, and the GOTY is only a little bit more expensive but, why not buy from Steam? It's 15€ on Steam and 30€ for the GOTY.
Comment has been collapsed.
I think I MAY have a Witcher 2 copy free for grabs (GOG), I will check my e-mail and let you know. If I do have it, I'll give it to you for free! :)
In all honesty, the GOG copy is just as good as Steam, if you don't mind having games at different platforms. I'm pretty sure GOG has playtime-counting and achievements, as well.
I would STRONGLY recommend you to get the GOTY edition. The expansions are pretty amazing and, in case of the second one, probably half as long as the actual basegame. The first DLC is short but the story is amazing.
If you have money that you don't need for something else, and you need a great RPG to play through for the next month, I'd strongly advise you to get it.
WIll check my e-mail for a Witcher 2 copy now and let you know.
EDIT: Bummer, don't have it. It was Witcher 1 but I have activated it already.
However, if you're not boycotting G2A, you can get a steam Witcher 2 key for 1.6$. I bought a lot of games from there and all have worked, just buy from the person with over 95% rating, and make sure to turn the G2A shield off TWICE. First time it's a one-time purchase and second time it's a subscription. Make sure you turn it off both times.
But even if you decide not to get Witcher 2, you should still get W3, and read the summary of the story before Witcher 3.

maybe? my prepaid / reloadable virtual cc is in my country's currency, whenever i buy in US$ or other.. it automatically just converts..( i just have to check conversion rate, so if the price is good or bad for me ) i just don't know how paypal works :)
Comment has been collapsed.
Just go to google and write the amount on zloty followed by "pln to usd" and it will convert it for you, for example "1.99 pln to usd".
This trick works for any currency, you just need to know its code. US dollars: usd, Euro: eur, British pound: gbp, Canadian dollar: cad, Brazilian real: brl, Mexican peso: mxs, etc. Just google it.

I bought Batman Arkham Origins from there yesterday, it converted it into my local currency without any issue (payed with paypal).
I suppose it doesn't show any symbol or code because the site just assumes that if you're there you're polish, they don't even have other languages.
Comment has been collapsed.
You need to go to your library on the site and click on the game, a smaller window will apear and you need to click the button in the lower right corner. It doesn't show properly if you have the chrome translator activated so you need to turn it off for a moment.

So, does everything listed come with a Steam key, because a lot of these seem to indicate that they are only DRM-Free.

Thanks I Confirm as well got Batman: Arkham Origins season pass for 14,99zl and that was for reference 3,40 euro after conversion
Activated fine on steam.

Thank you! -- I seem to have successfully purchased Cities: Skylines - Deluxe Edition here!
I'm in the US of A and used my real address.
Paid with PayPal -- total came to $5.87 USD at the current exchange rate.
At first, it rejected my phone number for being an 'incorrect length', although it should have been fine. (US phone numbers are 1(Country code)-123(Area code)-456-7890.) For some reason, it wanted nine numbers instead of either ten, or eleven. When it came back rejected, I had omitted the first number of the area code. The next time, I just used "01" in front of the final seven digits, and that seems to have cleared.
When getting the code for the game, on the shelf (I don't understand Polish, so I'm going off of Google's translation of the page), there seemed to be download links for the game, and a manual. I wasn't sure if clicking those might eliminate my ability to get a Steam key (instead?). I clicked the final blue button in the bottom right of this dialog to show a key. It gave a warning that I wouldn't be able to do a return once I showed it. Confirmed that, and got a Steam key. I later clicked the download links and am only getting an error Forbidden page from those, so I'm not sure if my suspicion that it could be an either/or is correct or not.
Activating the key, then using the Steam console to run licenses_for_app 255710
showed the following...
License packageID 62701:
- State : Active( flags 0 ) - Purchased : Tue Dec 27 00:55:32 2016 in "US", CD Key
- Apps : 255710, 346790, 346791, 352510, 352511, 422680, (6 in total)
- Depots : 255711, 255712, 255713, (3 in total)
...so, according to SteamDB, it seems to be the normal worldwide Deluxe Edition.
I haven't actually installed it yet to double-check, but I pretty much trust SteamDB here.
So -- thanks again!

Found a polish site, https://cdp.pl/cyfrowe-swieta, advertised on a local bargains forum I frequent that has some great deals going atm, some much better than the current steam sales, and some all-time lowest prices. For those wondering, this is CDProjekt's Polish shop, so the store is totally legit. The website is all in Polish, but Chrome has a built-in translator which makes navigating and translating the website a breeze.
I can personally vouch for the codes activating normally. All Steam/gog games should be playable in english, if the game supports the english language on steam/gog (so basically all). The prices given can be quartered to give an accurate $US conversion.
