i have done that, won prototype 2 and the dlc from the same guy in the same day 5 minutes apart.
i first won the game and entered for the dlc when i saw that i won the base game

My Prototype 2 wins were public giveaways (the base even had a high contributor requirement) Deal with it.

How did you do that? You need more than five minutes for:

realize that you hace won
ask the contributor to give you the game
activate the key on steam
sync your account on steamgifts
enter in the dlc giveaway.
Ps: wining in your case is not a big deal, 1 entry giveaways are pretty unfair for the contributor (he doesn't increase his contribution)

if someone is giving away stuff for the sole purpose of increasing his contributor value, he's doing it wrong.

well, that's just my opinion, but there was a time before the contributor-value-feature, and people still gave away games.

What are you talking about? There was no rule stipulation - it was a question; "Has anyone won the base game and then the DLC in one day?" -- that was it. And I have. Prototype 2 and it's season pass DLC. It seems to me that you're calling out a lot of people for "cheating" just because your butthurt is of epic proportions. Grow up.

Oh and FYI? They were both from public giveaways, 43 for P2, but it's not my fault only 5 people joined the DLC for Prototype 2.

Actually, calling someone a cheater for something which is determined completely by luck is funny indeed.
This is the best proof and more than enough to notice that I was kidding. Anything else is just bullshit :)

Example:
Guy no1: -- Dude I just won prototype AND the RADnet access at the same day!!!
Guy no2: -- OMG You cheater!!!

Technically no, but I've won the collection versions of the Binding of Isaac and Duke Nukem Forever, which included the base game plus DLC. But I haven't won a base game and DLC on separate giveaways on one day like you. :)
