Ffirst puzzle, the quiz:
Q1: Very simple. No hints. Google provides an answer straight away.
Q2: The political party had to be named. Related to hint #4. The answer is "The bolsheviks"
Q3: Also simple. No hints. Googling also provides an answer.
Q4: Look up MIT report on Science and Religion (therefore, hint # 6). The answer is 0%. Another representation of the same data shows no conflicts or possible conflicts in the Orthodox part.
Q5: And the answer is axios, whi is an acclamation of worthiness mostly associated with bishops ordination (therefore hints #5 and #9).
Second puzzle, the image.
Hints related:
Hint #2 - 292149 is the number of pixels in the image.
Hint #3 - the numbers comprising the pixel values have to be transformed to binary numbers for each channel.
Hint #7 - this will result in 24 values from each pixel (3 channels, 8 bit each).
Hint #8 - construcing an image of the last bit of each channel gives you 3 parts of the giveaway link.

For what is worth, I think classifying "bolsheviks" as a movement was a bit off-course throwing, although I did try them with "B" (no "the") but it didn't work.
