I'm not really into giving second chances, so people who are on my blacklist are unlikely to be removed from it. It still happens from time to time, but rarely. Of course people who are on my blacklist only because they blacklisted me first can ask for truce at any time.
I am a bit annoyed that I can't remember why I blacklisted some people, especially when I see those people are generally being nice. But I told myself that if someone is on my blacklist then he/she must have done something to deserve being on it and that I shouldn't remove them. Perhaps I should re-think that and give a second chance to some.

I made clean up on my BL yesterday and labeled every user that was on it with reason (I can't remembered reason = someone is removed from it). In few cases I gave "?" as label because I knew someone should stay there, but I hadn't remembered why.
After this I browsed through few bookmarked discussions, saw BL user with "?" tag and thinnk "so that's why I BL you. You're gonna to stay there after all" xD

I don't even use blacklists. To my mind is unfair if somebody is not doing what should do I report him (3 people suspended because of me :<)★ but I am giving always second chances :) I would rather show nice people they are important here and I am adding them to whitelist ^^

Hey everyone! It's been a while since I've made a train/giveaway and I figured doing this might cheer me up some.
I've decided to clear out the majority of my blacklist (92%) and would like to kindly suggest you look through your own and do the same to users who might deserve a second chance.
Remember to spread some smiles this December (or maybe more?). It doesn't need to be much, and someone might really need it. Something as simple as holding the door open for someone or saying "Thank you" might cheer them up for at least a few minutes.
Anyway, lets get to what everyone's here for.
All cars in the train are lvl 1. Train departs Dec 18, 5:30pm EST.
