Yeah, that's not how it works.
You get CV for them, which gives you higher levels which gives you access to more giveaways. You can't directly buy games here.
I don't know of any site that does or has ever worked that way.

Everyone on this site gets 6 points every 15 minutes and you can store up to a maximum of 400 points. If you are at 400 points, you will not gain any more until you spend some to drop back down below 400. Points cannot be traded between users. There is no way to buy games on this site, the only thing you can do is use points to enter giveaways and a random winner is chosen.
I don't use other sites, so I don't know if there is another site that does what you want.

Well, there were shady Russian sites, but given how Steam now limits the amount of keys new devs can generate and how cards are harder to add, it's unlikely you'd break even with this.

Sounds to me you completed a couple of game dev tutorials and now want to get the most profit from your "games". Maybe develope a decent game that people want to buy. You will get money and can buy good games yourself, instead of trying to exploit site like Steamgifts by creating as many keys for your high quality games as you want.
You unbeliveable competence in using this website, like reading the FAQ, using a reply button, gets my hopes for your games' quality to unknown heights.

Also your steam page says you will create a game in unity 3D than you say you will do it in CryEngine next you say you will make 2 games not 1 and one in CryEngine and 1 in Source than you change your mind and say you will create 2 games in Unreal Engine 4 than you say that game should be ready by the end of february.
Maybe instead of starting with 6 games (all in the same month - february) just do 1 good game (work a year or two) or do 0 and spare people all the suffering?

1st - Get some education and skills in true programming and gamemaking.
2nd - Learn how to make good games not some asset flip shit that is not even worth 1$.
3rd - Create a game that will be worth 5$ so you can sell it and buy some good games for yourself.
Start with making something with RPG maker and also learn english so you can write a good story for the game.
Bonus - You made 3 giveaways on this site but 2 of 3 times you didn't give people the game keys they won and the only 1 that you did give a key was a free key so maybe don't try to scam others?
