I have 2 keys that are not Steam Redeemable but they are original and allow you to play online etc.

You can only giveaway games where it can be activated on steam, be it in gift-able forms or keys(As long as they are not exploited).
If you find this answer useful, could close the thread to prevent more spam and trolls.
