Diamonds can be used to purchase the premium lootpacks in the diamond section
The names of the lootpacks only describe the exclusive loot for that pack! In most cases you just get something from the general pool for all packs, wich contains Origin/Uplay/GOG/Steam/whatever games. So even if you get the "Supreme Steam" pack, you may not get a steam game!
You now get a special golden lootpack after every tenth premium lootpack you open.
You can scrap cards that you don't want for 100 coins each (after you revealed the code it's only 10 coins)
You get 350 coins for reading the comics (new one each friday)
The 2000 coins Lootpacks are mostly useless trash
If you get a duplicate key or have some other problem, try contacting their support :) - Here or write a mail to: support@lootboy.de/support@lootboy.com
The iOS/Amazon version of the app doesn't have all the stuff, there are no offers on the bonus wall and the redeem-code button is missing.

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.

That's strange, I purchased 20 2k packs and got no itch.io games at all, which was the sole reason for me to buy those packs.
First I purchased 10 packs and then again another 10 packs and well, not one single itch game. :(

I don't know, I'm from Germany and it shouldn't be a regional thing.
Are there more than one 2k Packs? I only see the purple lootlicious pack and that's the one I was buying.

Maybe I'm just unlucky. It's LootBoy after all and my expectations are very low anyway. xD

Looks like lootboy embedded their reflink in between the promo tag and the main url. Sneaky. Then again, as Artyrogue pointed out, 3 months are free anyway, no need for the promo tag or the referral, just go to the amazon website and sign up. So this "loot" is nothing you couldn't get otherwise.

We don't want here links that give some sort of monetary (or other) benefit to user that post them. So it's not really about how you name them, but what they do.

Lootboy site would get something from amazon, if you'd use provided link. Don't know about their deal details, so don't know what is offered here.

In another thread I saw that Marble Duel codes have been revoked for some people. Might not be lootboy's fault at all, especially when a dev just revokes blocks of keys for whatever reason. Just ask for a replacement.

hmm many bad keys i guess i got around 60keys and none was bad either im lucky or you unlucky but in most cases as far as i heard was either the dev revoked wrong keys or the one game that got hacked .

If you used Contact form, you better write them on support@lootboy.de. Some users reported that if they used Contact form they never got response. But if you write them email - they usually answer in 1 - 3 working days

No response for me either. We shouldn’t give up and keep asking them to replace duplicate codes. Otherwise they will get away with their cheat and will continue giving duplicate codes.

No response for me either :( I've sent them my request by email and the contact form twice already. They ignored them all :(
LootBoy has utterly disappointed me by giving duplicate codes and by ignoring people who asked for a replacement.

I always used Contact form and they used to respond in 1 - 3 days but now they ignore me and, as I can see here, other people too. I think it’s because they’ve given too many duplicate codes and don’t want to replace them.

I contacted them by e-mail this Monday and got response that same day with few more request. Answered them during night and during Tuesday I got game key replaced. Both of these e-mails ended in spam folder, so maybe check that?

Most of those cards are starter packs, so even if someone is interested in the games, the cards are probably useless to them as they're only for new users of said games.
