Can you explain to me how itch.io works, is it also a game library as Steam?

Same thing for me with "Shuyan Saga" and another one I can't recall.

There's a report-an-issue link at the bottom. I sent one a few days still no response. Maybe if more people report it it would increase the chance for them to fix it ;)

Multiaccounts owner - that can be easily get ban by LootBoy (it's against ToS)

1 per account, although it's not unlikely that people have multiple accounts.

It's prob multi but that's a pretty common game drop...maybe someone legit got 5 copies and sat on the keys? They've given me crazy machines 3 about that many times. Some of these games you can also buy with tokens via offerwalls on other sites
