Could you elaborate more, "can not open"? Does the browser say such domain doesn't exist, doesn't answer or gives timeout, you get a blank page, or?

Funny, because i just did exactly the same with clearing history today, and i couldn't remember with what i was logged in usually (didn't note this one for once). And i had 99 diamonds. So i had the blue page, and nothing could resolve it, and i tried later, and it worked (and i discovered i was logged with Steam). So i'd say you just need to wait.

I always go with the Steam one since it gives a chance to get Steam Wallet codes, but since the premium loot is rare, it doesn't matter much which one you join, but since I don't care about the other premium loots I stick with the Steam one in case I do get the premium one :)
