All those expiring codes come from the streams so if you want to catch them you could watch the streams and get them faster.

I do that and i manage to get codes ,bit of a night owl :)

But not so much the twitch codes ,you really have to sit on the twitch lootboy page to grab them quick .
I did it once but doubt i'll be wasting my time doing it again , mind numbingly boring ,better things to do with my time than sitting on a twitch channel.

Some codes last a whole week, some codes last a couple of days, twitch stream codes can last minutes only since some have just a limit of activations, e.g. 500, and then expire. So yes lately there have been lots of codes from twitch and those last short, but you can also be sure to get 1-2 codes or more through the week that last longer, like now CCUP5.

I'm still thankful for the people who post the twitch codes here. Not often, but I've managed to catch a few codes now and then, so I still think it's useful. I guess it's no consolation for the people who aren't awake or around the computer when Lootboy does some streaming.

I have 207k coins, same question guys!!

Once in a blue moon Lootboy decided to release a Death Stranding Lootpack for 500k coins. It was one per day per person, and availabled only in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. I personally wouldn't count on it, but maybe in the future they will give away something like that again, and hopefully worldwide.
Beside that, I remember on some special occasions like Valentine or Easter inside the 2k coin packs will be seasonal items. Frankly they are almost always worthless, but a very few of them can be traded for diamonds so you can save for that if you want.

I have a related question. Is it theoretically possible to get some diamonds out of the 2k coin lootpacks at all? Or is the chance only there during special promotions like the Valentine's Day one?

You'll get maybe 9-12 diamonds max from it, you sure it's worth it? Saying it from my own experience, did that twice already

Adding to what others have been saying about some game packs and so: Lootboy used to put out Lootpacks for Steam games that you could get for 20,000 coins. Nowadays, they're mostly itch.io codes, like the current Dwarflings Lootpack (so.... kinda worthless in my opinion), but we can always hope someday they will go back to ye olde days.
The 2k pack isn't really worth it, you may get 2-3 diamonds from time to time but your chances aren't really that high.
All in all, in my experience you definitely should save them up, the chances of getting something better to spend them on heavily relies on your country (South America here, we don't get half the packs other countries do, be it for coins, diamonds or even money) but with events and packs that need a huge ammount of coins and are time/quantity limited, saving them up seems like the better choice.
(I still sometimes use coins on like, 5 packages of 2k coins to see if I get diamonds or something, and yea its not a big deal, just dont blow all your coins on them)
