usually stuff like this would be caused by incompatility with the site.
maybe update your browser?
Disable Adblock or other Addons.
try out a different browser if it works?
if youre using phone you could try the Lootboy app .
Maybe the resolution from your browser is making an issue.did you try to change it?
You could write a support ticket to Lootboy with your System specs& browser version, if you need further help .

When this happens to me I usually just have to refresh the page and it works.

Lootboy have nothing to do with these quests. You need to contact offer provider, you can find contacts in the top left corner of the Treasure Room.

Personally, even if the game is not wanted, crappy, or already owned, I'd do a giveaway for Lootboy SG group. That way if the key is reported as duplicate, you can request a replacement, which usually is 100 diamonds or a pack of your choice. Another chance to get dissapointed, or to get another game or reward.

Yeah, their support is known for being helpful, but unfortunately also for being very stupid.

yeah, I had to go thru 7 emails to get new pack, and also that reset thing, to me it happend at least 3 times so far, at this point I expect it and don't care, can't bother with support over that.
