i wonder if they sort of can't because we actually have to submit our collections at some point. so maybe someone with an unsubmitted team of 1088 is holding out hope of upgrading that last sticker but then misses submitting it? weird to me that it doesn't just auto-submit at the end -- maybe lootboy hopes some people will miss the deadline and they won't have to give those people the 20 diamonds they usually give when you submit a collection.

If anyone is curious, you can get hearts from the Valentine's Day promo in coin packs. They count as diamonds. I bought a bundle of 25, and got 18 hearts in total. If you have the coins to spend, I think it's worth it.
