Quite sad, someone hack into my lootboy account.
He/she spend all my 200,000 gold to buy rubbish pack.
Then I got 59 diamond and I don't know how he/she able to get another 50 diamond to make it 109 and spend one for premium pack. Left 9 diamond for me.
No point hack into my lootboy account and waste all my 200,000 gold.
Those pack not worth at all.
Now I don't have gold to spend if someone they come out good game that worth 30,000 or 40,000.
He/she waste time get those 2000 gold pack for nothing.
Don't know lootboy can reverse back 200,000 gold and 59 diamond to me or not.

You will get new gold... earlier as they bring a new game..
And 59 diamonts from this 2k packs + 50 from somewhere else are a good result for it.

How did it happen? You should check your security, it's not like you get your account hijacked without reasons. I login to LootBoy through Steam and there's no way to hijack my account without getting access to my Steam.
I think LootBoy will not compensate your loss but you should shred all those useless cards from the Gold Packs and you'll get a significant amount of coins back. ;)
But hey, check your security, that's even more important than a few lost Diamonds.

I not using steam to login because at start I not trust on that site so I see there is an option to login as email + password so I use that one.

yah I know but that time, I start using email to login, later when I try steam, it become like another account and I don't want to have 2 account in lootboy, so I use the first one which is email to login. The steam login one still at there but got 0 gold 0 diamond. I never like to use multiple account for 1 site.

How about you see it this way:
There is some unknown hacker that got your data. Of course the hacker doesn't know what lootboy is, but logs into your account and then sees 200,000 coins. He thinks he hit the jackpot, dances around in his shabby room out of joy until his mom shouts for him to be quiet. He is still excited and checks the site for what he can get with those coins. He then proceeds like mad to buy more and more lootpacks. After that he starts looking at what he got. He scans through the loot and you can imagine how with the minutes passing his face changes from happy and excited step by step, very slowly but unstoppable to one of utter outrage where he has to realize, that he spent his time totally in vain and that this wasn't a jackpot at all, it was just lootboy :D
So in the end I would say it is true that the hacker screwed you, but it is also true that you screwed him right back :D

So, I got a card on Supreme Steam and it has the image of the game Fall of Light. But, when I enter its page, the title, trailer, description, it all says it's Fantasy Wars. What are the odds of it actually being Fall of Light?

Interesting. My experience so far was: the image was wrong, everything else was right. Now I know it can go both ways, which sucks.

Hmm, as far as I know, Steam only tells you that you already own the product, but not which one? So somebody owning both wouldn't be able to tell which one it is, right? Someone owning only one will have a 50% chance though.

it will tell that you already own it and if you checking key through the Steam client it will run installation of the game that you already own. In that window you will see name of the game.

If you have connected twitch to lootboy and have logged in on the streaming.lv site, the diamonds should be transferred automatically to lootboy.

Pretty sure you have. I don't think you'd be able to buy the diamonds without it. If you can see your stats (level, streamcoins, etc) you should be fine and the diamonds should come automatically. Maybe it takes a little while. If you don't have them by tomorrow, send a ticket to their support.
Edit: Seems I forgot that you're supposed to type in a key. I've had no troubles, at least.

I had the same issue. I clicked on it and nothing happened. I even wrote to their support on insta xD
However, I solved the problem via the browser inspect tool. just click on the arrow, you can see the key then in the browser console.

Ouch, definitely seems like you got more junk than treasure. That is not to say those are bad games, but they were free or bundled to death. And I can say that because I've gotten most of those games (some multiple times) on Lootboy myself. :)

It seems Lootboy has gotten a lot better when it comes to duplicated keys, but if you still have doubts about a key, you can use the group below for those giveaways :)
Unfortunately it happens far too often that Lootboy is handing out duplicate keys, so a lot of people feel uncomfortable with creating public giveaways with the games from Lootboy. So I just created a little group with some rules to make it less risky for the generous givers.I hope this helps :)
