My step brothers birthday is coming up, and I need some help

I don't have the money to get my step brother a game he really wants for his birthday. His user name is zrcook911. His birthday is on 9/11 (Tuesday). Please help me out, get him any game you think would run well on a very low end system, and a 12 year old would like. Thanks Steam gifts..

He really likes simulators of any kind, but he cant run most.
He likes military games also, but he cant run allot of them.
