Do you think Dawnguard (Skyrim DLC) will ever get 50% or lower price?

I haven't played Skyrim in a while because I want to get Dawnguard first, but I don't think 20dlls is fair for a DLC... a while back they got good discounts on Steam Sales, but nothing good this Winter Sale. You can't even find Dawnguard, Hearthfire or Dragonborn in pages like SteamGifts, SteamSales, GetGames, etc...
Do you think there's a possibility it will get a price cut, discount or something in near future?

its likely if you watch other web stores for it (since it is a steamworks game they will always give you a steam key)

Of course this will take time as it is not on sale anywhere right now.
if i were you I would add it to email alerts on isthereanydeal.com

EDIT: Actually, if you use gamefly digital or green man gaming you can use their promo code for 25% off (not all that great) but better than full price.

wuuuuut, I checked almost every day :(
I was out of the city the first days of the year, probably that's why I missed ti... damn it O_O

Skyrim DLC was 50% off at least 2 or 3 times during the Steam holiday sale (which you can see from the graph linked there). One of those instances was a 48-hour daily deal (Dec 25-26).

Edit: Also for the encore sale on Jan 2
