There are plenty of Non-Contributor giveaways if that's what you're complaining/worried about, though from the way you phrased it I don't even know... Seems more like you think every single giveaway requires you to pay money or something.
Even the Contributor Giveaways don't really require you to pay for each giveaway or anything.
They are made for people who have made giveaways themselves in the past.
The amount of "CV" required which is shown, is how much the games they have given away combined add up to.

You must not pay to enter any giveaway. Some of them are simply directed at the people who do more than just take free games from others while contributing nothing in return.

So, people who giveaway bundle games are worse even if the pay for that. Why, beacuse they don't giveaway games for 50-60$?...

Here's the thing. Steamgifts is a tool, a tool with different options. People can use this tool how they want.

People can giveaway bundle games, funny games, shitty games, or AAA games... and that's all OK.
People can set high CVs, low CVs, or no CVs... and that's all OK.
People can have public GAs, group GAs, and private GAs.... and that's all OK.

People can do this because it's their game and that can choose to give it away however they want.

So, enjoy what you have, and stop your bitching.
