It's a shame they don't have a Civ V DLC bundle, or just a Civ V GOTY + Gods and Kings bundle. I don't want the other stuff. I just have Vanilla Civ V, and would pay $10 for a bundle of that.

I don't live in the USA and still was able to purchase the bundle. Just put a dummy address. I made it so I lived in Delaware, no Taxes!!! I made it so I lived in the Bear Public Library. :S
