Gothic bundle (2 + 3) for $1.99 was one I felt was really good value. But probably Faerie Solitaire for $1.70. Not only did I spend tons of time on that game I also got an infinity bundle key for it. Well actually I also bought FS for $1 to gift, but though the price is lower I didn't spend time on that, so I consider that lesser value (still got me a key).

complete Valve collection for £24.99 if i can remember. I only got it coz buying portal 1+2 together on their own was around £33 and the valve collection which contained portal 1+2 and 23 other games was cheaper so, common sense can be applied
