Probably the Kingdom giveaway you did. It's frowned upon to do a giveaway for a free game while it's still available for free.
Source? This is how I got my first batch of blacklists a couple of months after joining the site. I grabbed a copy of Tropico 4 for free and gave it away here while it was still available.

I have been blacklisted a whopping 123 times. I guess because brain is small, but opinions big. Anyone can beat that? #Edit: I'm on 140 blacklists now
