Just to be clear, Yorg.io is also a free game that you can just open in a web browser, right? For having it on steam you get... synchronized save games and no ads?

Reventure looks interesting and nice but I have the same feeling like you. It's just not worth the 4 month of collecting Chrono-Coins. :(

You get around 4500 coins per month, so about 4 months to get 17500 (you would need the 30 day bonus chest).

Only if you are there with the intention of getting free games by clicking a button. Reventure seems like a fun game so I picked it up, most coin games don't seem interesting. I also picked up OneShot as a paid deal, for which the whole coin system is designed.

Well, you can choose what you are doing on this planet, after all, you are the main character in your own story, the only thing you can't choose is your spawn RNG. But why worry over things you can't change, right?

Wow, 17500 points for a 1,99€ game? In other words someone has to cumulatively visit their site for like 4 months to be able to have a chance in getting one of the few available keys. This is getting ridiculous. This means one of the two: they either have more than enough to not care about the daily steady traffic brought by their coin system or they're struggling and they can't live up to the promise of their system so they have to artificially inflate the prices. Either way the coin shop has become a joke :)

Coin noob here - My first ever spin earned me 23 coins and my starter chest was 450.
What coin ranges might I expect from chests at 3rd, 7th, 14th, and 30th coin spins?
I haven't checked chrono.gg in forever since the vast majority of my game purchases are bundles as opposed to individual/flash sales, and I don't think they've ever triggered a waitlist notification from ITAD for achieving a historic low on my wishlist. Also, a Youtuber I regularly listen to has them as a sponsor, and none of the deals they've mentioned in the past few months really appealed to me.

It's an Early Access review from last year so the chance for improvement is there, though my general expectation is only a minority of devs can manage to turn around a game that didn't set out with the best of feet; Klei has been an example, so far, although I heard not so great things about Oxygen Not Included.

Oxygen Not Included: the idea wasn't too bad about building a base but no one really wants to micromanage more than 4 people. I find that games that force too much micromanagement become too much of a chore to enjoy for most. I lost interest very quickly after two gameplay videos near it's alpha/release(?).
