Deal. I tried to win it here almost 250 times (no luck), I managed to miss/skip 7 bundles it was in, and never managed to trade for it either or grab it in a really cheap bundlesplit.
At this point I couldn't resist (even though I tried it back during the free weekend and couldn't get into it. Now I'll get to try again :))

Even with this stuff it still doesn't match the 2nd Encore Upgrade right? I have Robo-Fortune, Beowulf, Eliza, and Big Band. Missing the stuff up in the chart. Even with those three DLCs, it wouldn't match the 2nd Encore Upgrade in terms of content right? There's a mode or two in the Upgrade that's not in the original. Is that correct?

That's correct but 2nd Encore Upgrade apparently doesn't add much when you already have the Character DLC. One review goes so far to call the content laughable considering the price when you're a veteran who already owns the Character DLC.
Seems like a bit of a rip-off to package the content like that.
