After spending ~30+ hours on NieR I'm sure I will try Automata BUT I will never preorder again ( yep, I've preordered The Division, never forget, always regret ).

Well, I already did my pre-order of the year with Mass Effect Andromeda.
I wasn't even gonna do that....... not after AC: Unity, but Mass Effect calls to me like no other, and to be fair the way I view it, it is more along the lines of, I was already gonna blow the extra ten bucks for the soundtrack when it got released, I'm just doing it now and getting something fancy for the early game.

But this game... it looks good, but all your getting is some... fugly skins, not worth risking a pre-order.
Odds are I wouldn't even play it for a couple of months maybe even a year.

it is the smart thing to preorder it. you guys forget that we have refunds now. if it turns out to be a bad game, or the port is bad - refund. no risk at all.

I've seen it played on Twitch already. It looks good, but the reason I'm not pre-ordering is I'd rather wait for a sale and play other games meanwhile.

Suit yourselfs guys but I'm definitely preordering. The game has been out for ages in Japan and proven to be running smooth as hell as long as your setup doesn't suck. If the game didn't have any bonuses then of course there'd be no point, but with Steams refund policy, there's LITERALLY no problem with preordering to snatch a few goodies. 2 hours is more than enough time to determine if the game is compatible with the setup you're running, so I'm beyond too hyped for Nier to not preorder. Sue me.

I never pre-ordering. Especially when we speak about console port. Not to mention 60eu is a big price for someone who live in on of the poorest europe countries.

AND Drakengard and Nier 1 was never released on PC so I would feel that I'm missing something during playing it.

I played the first one long ago, it was underrated back then, but I wonder why they made this game I mean the story ended nicely, why making a second part! I don't understand developers when they do that, reminds me of Final fantasy XIII and its sequels.

I won't pre-order it for sure. I'm going to wait and read people's reviews about it and its story.

Have you played Drakengard though? It is a prequel for Nier, especially the first game. I personally enjoyed the second game which was underrated as well, then a couple of years ago, on 2013 they launched Drakengard 3 which was quite pointless >.< ppl liked it though.
