Everyone seems to have a condescending remark about how every single puzzle should be obvious to solve and anyone that knows their alphabet or how to count to 10 should see it immediately, but the reality is that not everyone has solved anything like them before. It requires an entirely different mode of thought that not everyone learns or has any experience with. Rather than tell me to not bother and remain stupid, why not point me to where I can begin? I want to learn how to solve these. If you consider it elementary, point me to the elementary school or elementary texts that teach these things. Telling me not to even bother only pisses me off. It doesn't change that I still want to learn these things.
