Help with skyrim dlc

I just got the elder scrolls anthology which should come with skyrim legendary edition. I already had skyrim and when i installed it of the disc steam said i don't have any dlc. I looked in the data files and it's not there either, help! please

I think that the elder anthology is a bundle of older elder scroll games like Oblivion and Morrowind, not Skyrim DLCs..
I may be wrong of course..

Says the Steam store that you own the DLC? Try to start/install it from there. If it's still not working you should check the file integrity for now.

I'm gonna buy the shit out of that when I get more money (tutoring my younger cousin in english. I teach him for 15 dollars an hour, and he studies for 5. Yes, they are paying him to study.)
