3D Mark - Russian store

I wanted to buy 3D Mark and make a GA, but I'm from Russia and it must be region-locked I think. Is it really so? How can I create GA's except form bundle games if I can officially purchase games from Russian steam-store, where games are region-locked?

Ok, if there's no way I can give away 3D Mark, I'll share a 90% OFF coupon for 3D Mark. Feel free to add me on steam to get it.

  • Gifts should be region free, and available to all users.

Aside from that rule, you can make a private group and invite those from that region to enter into a private giveaway.
But you are still responsible if someone enters and cannot redeem due to region lock.
It is not worth the trouble in my opinion.

yeah, still two drawbacks: I can't use coupons and the prices are... whooosh. Say, 75% discounted CIV 5 is about $7, which is almost two times more, than the usual steam price in the Russain store...

Well, I'm an EU2 student, I don't have a "real" work, my monthly budget\income (aka money I can spend for me) is <100€.

A beer here costs 5€ (a good beer, not supermarket trash). I'm not rich, I don't wanna ask money to my parents and I definitely don't shit gold, but I still do some giveaway every then and now.

Money I can spend for me is ~€0. Parents get me clothes when necessary and food. Total family income - about €360, ca €60 of those go to pay for the flat, water, electricity. Shit gold? No, never, I think it's kind of a stomach upset (i know what idiom means, jk).

Since December, every single purchase made in the Russian Steam store is locked, regardless of individual package settings.

You can trade for ROW games or use other stores, like Humble Bundle Store. Yeah, it will be more expensive than you used to, but there are good discounts on sales

why are you even asking if its region locked?
add it to your basket and it tells you if its region locked or not....
but to stop the rant and actually help out, it IS REGION LOCKED

You can make GA's on gameminer.ru and mark them as Russian region. This site does not have that feature, and no other site that I know of accepts region locked keys.
