so the point of this thread was to tell us about a deal we can't get because it's out of stock already - a new low even for you , well done

On the one hand, it's an interesting game, much better after the updates (regarding the story itself). It's beautiful and I like it has the 2 local player possibility.
On the other hand, I wasn't into this much farming and didn't expect the game to last as much as it did (it can be near 30h).

Yes, I know. I played it soon after release on PC GamePass. I am aware there is some workaround but I don't know how to take profit of Remote Play Together if you haven't purchased the game on Steam. (I know there is a method using Brawlhalla to deceive Steam, I think, but haven't tried it.) {The option to use Parsec is there too, but RPT is much easier nowadays}
I used Remote Played Together 5 days ago with a SteamFriend. We played about 8 games in an hour and a half . It is a very nice feature.

The theme of the game is dying.
The Spiritfarer® Farewell Edition is the definitive edition of the award-winning cozy management game about dying.

Update: They restocked, just bought it and activated the code without any issues.

Thank you for the information, Bambi. This game has been in my wish list for a long time. And I tried it on Xbox game pass last summer and love it a lot. It’s really a tiny gem for the beautiful picture and warm story. Looking at the little creatures wander on my growing ship, I think nothing else can make me happier :D

Nice!
Too bad they don't want my money anymore. They denied my account to purchase anything out about a year (or two) ago, out of the blue claimed my e-mail address suddenly was a throwaway-type address.
Spoiler alert, it is not. It's from one of northern Europes larger internet providers, and the same I use for PayPal and had used on IG for years, but according IndieGala ''they had changed nothing in ther detecting algorithms'', it was I who suddenly turned my perfectly working e-mail address into a throwaway one. Yeah right....
Yeah, it still irks me - can you tell? Hahahahahahaha!
Not the fact I can't buy anything anymore from them (I actually deleted my account with them over this - my small pointless ragequit one-man insurrection!) but the sheer stupidity of their arguments. The games themselves I can get from other places, there's a million different sellers out there so that's no worry. but the sheer stonewalling and outright refusal to check anything about the issue just pissed me right off something fierce.

In stock and purchased! Thanks for the notice on this great deal!

The anti-joke chicken aspires to be as much of a no-humor buzzkill, as you can be just by sheer practice. Or you have a script to write these when EGS gets mentioned, that you miss the obvious joke?
Can't make it more clear as it is a joke, that you get a videogame as a gift if you buy onions or potatoes lol
Edit: achievements are meaningless, cards are close to worthless (equals to a few percent of discount, but money is still-linked), deck is quite expensive so it's not a universal appeal, especially compared to a free game on a different platform. Remote play together has the best value of these - comes for free, and has a huge value for someone who's interested in the (otherwise) local multi games.

EGS is unarguably a terrible platform not only for the lack of features and bad service. i''m strongly opposed to third-party games being poached for exclusivity so I only use it to collect free games that I will never play but obviusly i prefere to play on steam and the exclusives i hope that them will come at steam

EGS isn't "unarguably a terrible platform" though. I can easily argue that it's a good platform to play on. As for the exclusivity, are you that opposed to game devs making money that you refuse to buy their games just because they're not on Steam?
