Just buy the item as the gift, and the send the humble bundle to whomever wins email.

When you buy a Humble Bundle, it gives you a page full of links. Redeem the games you want to own, and then click the option to turn the redeem key into a gift link (which is next to the link to redeem it for yourself) for each game left. It'll send you an e-mail, or e-mails, containing the links to the gift URLs. You send that URL to the person who wins, or who otherwise gets the gift.
