What do you consider a "high degree"? A Master's Degree? A high-level college course such as multidimensional calculus/differential equations, or a high level High-school course like plain 'ol calc?

Nah, it's hard to pick individuals that would go through with what they say for this involves money. Things can go pretty sour the moment anytime money is involved at all. it is not a scam or anything and by law jurisdictions it is even illegal in a little less than half the countries.
