I liked Call of The Sea for the story, now doing Snowrunner - if you value your nerves ( do not buy the game, or if you do then learn how to get good in it )or go get that one awesome vehicle and not spend 40hrs suffering like i did before finding it) :)

I haven't seen Unsighted recommended yet, so that will be my pick. It's an incredible game, there's a very interesting time mechanic and the combat is varied and rewarding to master. The difficulty ramps up but never becomes frustrating. Bosses are hard but enjoyable, and there's a decent amount of replayability with different game modes or just trying different strategies when it comes to rescuing friends. One of the best games I've played in the last few years

At times extremely frustrating before you get the control, but when you get the flow right it's a wonderful feeling - like sailing on clouds disposing of enemies in a violent ballet.

Arx Fatalis is a really interesting immersive sim, kinda like the original deus ex, just fantasy medieval

If you do decide to try it, I recommend the mod Arx Libertatis, mainly for the better rune recognition!
