Wow, it looks like you play every genre, so it's hard to tell what you'd like. This is a weird suggestion that I'm giving because you own or have wishlisted everything lol, but I'm really unsure if you'll like it. It depends on what kind of humor you like.

General Horse is a kind of FMV visual novel that looks like it was filmed at home with a bunch of friends. It's purposely very stupid but enjoyable for de-stressing imo. One of my favorite lines is from a guy who looks like Santa giving his backstory, "First I was a child, and then, not."

Well, I see you've already got Yakuza 0 in your library, but you have 0 hours in it. I recommend you change it and starting with it fall in love with the entire Yakuza series! It's awesome, you should play it!

Strife is my favorite game, many people don't know about it and it's a pretty old game, but if you enjoy playing old classic games I'd suggest you look into it.

The Last of Us - Part I was my favorite console game (I finished it 4 times), sadly the port is really horribly it appears. And I'll probably finish it on pc again too in the future.

I recently played the second Ori game (Will of the Wisps) and had a blast with it. It was a bit frustrating at times, but overall it was great.

Thanks for the chance!

Ok so these games are fairly well known... but I don't think they are appreciated as much as they should be:

Cave Story / Cave Story+ https://store.steampowered.com/app/200900/Cave_Story/
This game was released in 2004 exclusively on PC for free. It has been incredibly influential on other games and media, but a lot of people still don't know it. It was a source of inspiration for Hollow Knight, and is also a 2D metroidvania game. You can still find the original free version of the game online as well.

Tetris® Effect: Connected https://store.steampowered.com/app/1003590/Tetris_Effect_Connected/
This is not the same Tetris I used to play on Gameboy! People might not consider it because it's "just" Tetris, but this is really enjoyable game that you have to experience for yourself.

Returnal https://store.steampowered.com/app/1649240/Returnal/
Sure it's a AAA Sony published game, but it hasn't gotten the love it deserves on PC. This game just feels good to play. Sure it doesn't have the most exciting protagonist, and the narrative isn't going to carry it along either, but the perfectly fine-tuned difficult-but-fair gameplay more than makes up for it all. Wait for a sale or something, but don't sleep on this game!

I recommend Ring of Pain - its incredibly addictive and easy to pick up and play a few runs when you have some spare time. I won it on here and its now one of my most played games.

Also seconding the Monster Train recommendation as well. I thought I would not like the game much when first playing it but the runs can be under an hour and its also very addictive once you get familiar with it.

Some of my favourites are Doom Eternal, Shadow of Mordor, Orcs Must Die! 2, and the good old coop FPS shooters: Payday 2 and Killing Floor 2.

Grime! Surprised no one recommended that one yet:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1123050/GRIME/

It was given away in IGN Plus and Amazon Prime Gaming. Very good game.

I'm surprised that from your impressive list of games there is no - Hades, and also that no one recommended it, although pyre game from the same developers was recommended by matsalkoshek. And also Hades II has already been announced.
