Looking for a game? [Found! Now come find me!]

Does anyone happen to remember the name of the game with a banner that has a guy screaming(?) and he's inside somewhere surrounded by barbed wire (like a concentration camp). The image is kind of a washed out beige color? I believe the game was bundled at some point...
