Even if they do mark it not received, leave the reroll ticket open. When they reroll it, it clears the not received and the new winner can mark it as received.

It may take longer than a week, but don't worry. Rerolls are high-priority tickets, so they are processed as soon as possible.
A temporary "Not Received" is not something to worry about and it'll be cleared automatically, as others have said.

EDIT: I had a reroll take more than 10 days once and the old winner decided not only to mark "Not received" but to insult me as well. I added that to the reroll ticket and when the reroll finally arrived, that user received a permanent suspension. I'm not sure that was exclusively because of the insult, there was a lot of rule-breaking involved, but it sure felt appropriate.

Out of my own re-roll experiences anything between less than a day and seven days.

It can take a day or two, longer around the holidays.

Hello, just wanted to give you some info about groups, removing members and getting a reroll.

In order to get the reroll the person had to be removed from the group before the GA was created. If the GA was created and they entered before you kicked them then you need to give the game to them. If this is the case you should delete your support ticket. If the GA was created after they were kicked and entered it then you need to submit a screenshot showing when they were kicked from the group. Hope this helps.
